Phoenician’s Team did an amazing job!! From day one they worked with our time, our budget, and helping with wedding inspiration. Communication and a very family-orientated environment. Osvaldo’s team and himself always made us and my family feel at home and would always answer our questions. At our wedding for Michael and me, they made us feel like a Queen and King. We had my daughter’s Quinceañera at Phoenician Ballroom. From the beginning, Phoenician’s Team provided excellent customer service all the way through the end to ensure our event was a success! Osvaldo, Katia, Edwin and the rest of the team did a great job helping us take care of the minimum details to make my daughter’s celebration unforgettable!

Katia was my event coordinator and did an awesome job helping me with the planning and ensuring the timeline of the event was kept smooth and on time. She kept in touch with my vendors and coordinated their setup time which provided me a peace of mind.
I appreciate Katia and Osvaldo’s ideas to make our event elegant and beautiful as well as Edwin’s tech support to set up the lighting of the venue to enhance the fresh flowers decorations, cake, room environment, etc.
